At Barker Shoes, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unworn footwear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your proof of postage; once received at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
